Rules for using the Entraview AI application
Effective: May 8, 2026 · Operator: Entraview (a RAGline product; Daeda Technologies)
1. The service
Entraview provides tools to publish a portfolio and to interact with an AI advocate. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued. These terms govern your use of Entraview.
2. AI application; no training on your content (us)
Entraview is an AI application. The agent may access your uploaded materials and profile data to answer questions and power features. We do not use your content to train our own models. Inference may be performed using third-party providers; their terms may apply in addition to ours.
3. Uploads and public information
You are responsible for what you upload. You should treat information you add to Entraview as potentially visible or inferable in a public or hiring-related context, including through your portfolio or advocate experiences. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, or sensitive data you are not permitted to share.
4. Acceptable use and hiring context
You agree not to:
- Abuse, harass, or attempt to break the AI or underlying systems (including prompt injection, scraping, or excessive automated use)
- Use the agent to obtain or infer information that would be inappropriate in a fair hiring process, or to circumvent safeguards
- Violate applicable law or infringe others' rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put the service or other users at risk.
5. Account deletion
You may delete your account where the product provides that option, or by requesting deletion through Contact. See also our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entraview and its operators disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Final legal language should be reviewed by counsel.
