1. What Entraview is

Entraview is an AI-powered application that helps you build a public portfolio and interact with an AI advocate using documents and context you provide. This policy describes our privacy practices for the Entraview service.

2. Where we process and store data

We design Entraview so that personal data associated with the service is stored and processed in the European Union, in line with GDPR expectations for many users. Specific sub-processors and regions may evolve; we will document material changes on this page or in product notices where appropriate.

3. What we collect

Depending on how you use Entraview, we may process:

• Account details (for example, email address and authentication identifiers from our identity provider)
• Profile and portfolio content you create or upload
• Usage and technical data needed to operate the service (for example, logs and security signals)
• Messages you send to the AI advocate, which are processed to generate responses

4. AI processing and training

The AI advocate accesses your content to provide the product (for example, retrieval and answering). We do not use your content to train our own models. Third-party model providers may apply their own terms; we document follow-up work in our Terms of Service and product backlog.

5. Public nature of what you upload

Content you add to your portfolio or otherwise designate as public may be visible to anyone with the link. You should assume that information you upload could be treated as non-confidential in a hiring or professional context. Do not upload secrets or data you are not allowed to share.

6. Your rights (including deletion)

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you may have rights to access, rectify, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You have the right to delete your account. Account deletion is available in the product where implemented; until self-serve deletion is fully rolled out, you may request deletion by contacting us via the Contact page.

7. Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service and comply with law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
