How we approach protecting Entraview and your data

Data residency
Entraview is designed so that customer data for the service is stored and processed in the European Union, supporting GDPR-aligned deployment choices. Confirm your environment's actual region in deployment documentation before making contractual representations.
Encryption and access
Traffic to the service should use modern TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. Authentication is integrated with industry-standard identity providers.
AI and subprocessors
AI inference may rely on vetted third-party providers. We minimize data sent to them and contract where appropriate. A subprocessor list and DPA are on the roadmap; see Privacy Policy.
